Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition and unused
• In the original packaging (if applicable)

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@thewiredyarn.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

 

Exchanges

There are no exchanges on Custom Orders

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will assist you with a return or exchange and ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
